# 关于腾讯管家误报TokenPocket的安全声明

TokenPocket是多链去中心化数字资产钱包，私钥、助记词等均由用户持有，提供的相关服务均不涉及用户安全。自2018年上线以来，已为全球超过千万用户提供可信赖的数字资产管理平台。

近日，腾讯手机管家（或手机系统集成软件管家）将TokenPocket在内的多款应用（涉及运动、天气、工具等）识别为恶意软件，实为误报。大多数手机系统会以腾讯发布的数据库做为升级标准，所以遇到了多个用户的问题反馈。目前TokenPocket正在跟腾讯进行沟通，请用户放心使用。

需要提示大家注意的几个重点内容：

1、去中心化钱包，私钥、助记词用户自持，并保存在设备本地；如果遇到误报为病毒应用的提示，继而删除TP钱包那么里面保存的数据就会丢失且无法恢复，如果备份了私钥、助记词还好，如果没有备份就会带来无法挽回的损失。

**2、解决方法：如果使用了腾讯管家，那么可以选择将TP钱包加入到可信任名单中；如果是系统的病毒提示，可以在设置里找到应用信任的功能并加入列表中；**

3、手机系统现在对于支付类软件的保护日趋加强，我们在操作例如支付宝、微信或银行客户端APP的时候就会弹出危险应用的弹窗，**如果在这个时候误操作删除导致的数据和资产丢失将是不可逆的，所以一定要注意勿轻易删除App。**
