# How to Receive Assets

This guide uses **USDT on BNB Chain** as an example. It explains how to open the Receive page in TokenPocket and receive assets using either a QR code or your wallet address.

> **Before you receive funds:** Ask the sender to select USDT and confirm that the transfer network is BNB Chain. Selecting the wrong asset or network may prevent the funds from arriving correctly.

> **Security tip:** For your first transfer, start with a small test amount. Receive larger amounts only after confirming that the test transfer has arrived.

### Step 1: Open the Assets Page and Select USDT

Open the TokenPocket app and go to the Assets page. Confirm that the current wallet is on **BNB Chain**, then find and tap **USDT** in the asset list.

> **Important:** This guide uses USDT on BNB Chain. Make sure you are viewing the correct network before sharing your receiving information with the sender.

### Step 2: Tap Receive

On the USDT asset page, tap **Receive** at the bottom of the screen to open the USDT receiving page.

### Step 3: Share Your Address or QR Code

The Receive page displays the QR code and wallet address for the current wallet. Ask the sender to scan the QR code, or copy the wallet address and send it to them.

> **Privacy note:** The real QR code and wallet address are hidden in the tutorial images. During an actual transfer, use the information displayed in your TokenPocket app.

### Step 4: Wait for Confirmation and Check the Transaction

After the sender completes the transfer, return to the USDT asset page to check the transaction. On-chain transfers require network confirmation, so arrival may be delayed when the network is busy.

* If the transaction does not appear immediately, wait briefly and pull down to refresh the page.
* For additional verification, use the block explorer entry on the page to check the on-chain transaction status.

### Important Reminder

Make sure the sender choose the correct network. If the sender selects a different network, the funds may not arrive correctly and recovery may be difficult or impossible.

For your first transfer, ask the sender to send a small test amount. Receive a larger amount only after the test transfer is confirmed.
