# Transfer Not Received

## What to Do If a Transfer Hasn't Arrived

On-chain transfers generally involve three stages: the sender submits the transaction, the network confirms it, and the recipient or receiving platform credits the funds.

If your transfer has not arrived, first locate the transaction hash (TxID), then follow the steps below.

> TokenPocket is a decentralized, self-custodial wallet. It does not hold user assets or control blockchain confirmation times or deposit processing by receiving platforms. Assets and transaction records are stored on the blockchain, so the status shown in the blockchain explorer should be treated as the source of truth.

#### Troubleshoot by Transaction Status

Open the transfer record in TokenPocket and tap the transaction hash to view its status in the blockchain explorer.

**1. No Transaction Hash**

The transaction may not have been broadcast to the blockchain.

* **Withdrawal from an exchange:** Contact the exchange's customer support to confirm whether the withdrawal was processed.
* **Transfer from a wallet:** Check the network and network fee, then try again.

**2. Status: Pending**

The transaction is still waiting to be confirmed. This may be caused by network congestion, a low network fee, or an earlier pending transaction from the same address.

Please wait for confirmation or use the **Speed Up** feature if it is supported.

**3. Status: Fail**

The transaction was not completed, so the assets are generally not transferred to the recipient. However, any network fee already consumed cannot be refunded.

Check your balance and network fee, then submit the transaction again.

**4. Status: Success**

The transaction has been successfully confirmed on the blockchain. Check the following:

* **Network and recipient address:** Confirm that the correct network and address were used. If the assets were sent over the wrong EVM network and you control the receiving address, use TokenPocket's [Wallet Sync feature](https://help.tokenpocket.pro/en/wallet-management/wallet-management/wallet-sync#step-2-select-the-network-used-for-the-transfer) to locate them.
* **Incorrect address:** If the assets were sent to the wrong wallet address, contact the address owner and ask them to return the funds. If they were sent to a contract address, contact the project team to confirm whether the contract supports asset recovery. TokenPocket cannot recover the assets on your behalf.
* **Token display:** If the blockchain explorer shows that the assets have arrived but they are not displayed in your wallet, make sure you have added the correct token contract. You can also [add the token manually](https://help.tokenpocket.pro/en/wallet-management/token-management/how-to-add-tokens).

If the assets were successfully sent to an **exchange account address** but have not been credited, contact the exchange's customer support and provide the transaction hash, token, amount, network, and deposit address.

#### Security Reminder

Never share your recovery phrase, private key, or wallet password with anyone.

Always verify the network, recipient address, and Memo before sending. For large transfers, send a small test amount first.
