Sent Assets on the Wrong EVM Network?

EVM networks such as BNB Chain, Ethereum, and Arbitrum One may use the same wallet address, but each network operates independently. A standard transfer does not move assets between networks.

For example, if you intended to deposit assets into your BNB Chain wallet but sent them via Arbitrum One, the assets will remain on Arbitrum One. They will not appear in your BNB Chain balance.

If you hold private key of the receiving address, TokenPocket’s Wallet Sync feature can help you access the assets on Arbitrum One.

If the receiving address belongs to an exchange or third-party platform, please contact the support team.

Step 1: Open Wallet Sync

Confirm that the transaction was completed on Arbitrum One.

In TokenPocket, go to Assets, open the receiving wallet’s details, and select Wallet Sync.

Step 2: Select the Network Used for the Transfer

Select Arbitrum One, or whichever network the assets were actually sent through, and tap Synchronize.

Once complete, switch to the synced wallet to view your assets. If the token does not appear automatically, add it manually using its contract address on that network.

Important Notes

• This method only works if you control the receiving address.

• If the receiving address belongs to an exchange or third-party platform, please contact the support team.

• Wallet Sync is not a cross-chain transfer. It simply provides access to the same address on another EVM network.

• To move the assets to another network, use a reputable cross-chain bridge or an exchange that supports both networks.

• Never share your recovery phrase, private key, or wallet password.
