TP Card FAQs
1. What is TP Card?
TP Card (Visa) is a debit card jointly launched by TokenPocket and a Swiss-compliant bank. Based on the Arbitrum network, it allows you to manage your bank card in a decentralized manner and conveniently spend crypto in your daily life.
2. How to Get a TP Card?
To obtain a TP Card, you need to first download the TokenPocket wallet. After "creating/importing" an Arbitrum wallet, you need to mint a bank account NFT. Once the minting is complete, finish the bank registration process. After that, you will receive the TP Card and can start using it. Click to see more details>
3. What are the Fees for TP Card?
TP Card fees mainly consist of two parts:
Creating the TP Card NFT requires a fee. TokenPocket has covered part of the cost, but you will still need to pay a small portion.
A 1% fee is charged when depositing cryptocurrency into the TP Card. This fee will later be refunded to users through rewards, reduced transaction fees, etc.
Apart from these, TP Card does not charge any additional fees. Any extra fees incurred during transactions are part of the normal interbank settlement process and are not charged by TP Card.
4. What Are the Use Cases for TP Card?
After obtaining the TP Card, you can add it to Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, Alipay, and WeChat Pay for convenient offline spending.
You can also use TP Card for online purchases and shopping, just like a regular bank card, with platforms like Grab, Amazon, and Shopee.
You can also subscribe to services like App Store, ChatGPT, Steam, Shopify, Notion, Twitter, and Netflix.
In short, TP Card is no different from your other bank cards in terms of usage.
5. Who Can Use TP Card Now?
TP Card (Visa) is currently open for registration and use in 32 countries and regions across Europe and is planned to be available to Asia-Pacific users in Q4.

6. What is the Relationship Between On-Chain Wallet and TP Card?
TP Card is linked one-to-one with an on-chain wallet, and both asset management and identity verification can be done through the on-chain wallet.
7. What is an Account NFT and Why Do I Need to Mint an NFT?
Unlike the Web2 model of account and password, TP Card uses Web3 wallet verification. To use TP Card, you first need to obtain an account NFT. Each account NFT has a unique number that represents your bank account.
8. What are EUR24, USD24, and CHF24?
EUR24, USD24, and CHF24 are stablecoins issued by the bank, pegged to the Euro, US Dollar, and Swiss Franc, respectively, with a 1:1 conversion rate to the corresponding fiat currency.
After depositing to TP Card, the funds will be converted into EUR, USD, or CHF accordingly. At the same time, the corresponding amount of EUR24, USD24, or CHF24 will be transferred to your on-chain wallet. The assets in the on-chain wallet represent the balance of your TP Card. Each time you make a payment, the corresponding amount is automatically deducted from your on-chain balance to ensure it matches the funds in your TP Card.
9. If I Want to Transfer EUR24 or USD24 to Someone Else, Will Their Bank Card Balance Increase? What Should I Be Aware Of?
You can only transfer EUR24 and USD24 to others if the recipient has an account NFT and has completed bank registration. Otherwise, the transfer will fail.
If the recipient has completed bank registration, transferring EUR24 or USD24 to their account is equivalent to making a transfer to them within the bank. The recipient’s balance will increase.
10. Can I Change the Wallet Associated with My TP Card? Will My Assets Be Lost? How Do I Do This?
Yes, you can modify the wallet associated with your TP Card as needed, following the steps below, without losing your assets.
First, transfer your TP Card to the new wallet address.
Once the TP Card transfer is complete, transfer your EUR24, USD24, and other assets to the same new address.
Now your TP Card is linked to the new wallet, and the assets are transferred to the new address.
11. What to do if you lose your private key?
Immediately contact service@fiat24.com.
After verifying your identity, your account will be locked, meaning it will not be able to perform any transactions. Your account will then be reset by transferring your NFT and funds to your new Arbitrum wallet.
Fiat24 may charge a small fee for this process.
12. What to do if your private key is stolen?
All Fiat24 cards are virtual, so the card itself cannot be stolen.
However, if your key (which contains your Fiat24 NFT) is stolen, your card is at risk of being misused.
If you are still able to log in, immediately disable (or lock) your card. Then, transfer your funds and bank account NFT to another secure blockchain address, and contact Fiat24 customer service as soon as possible at service@fiat24.com. After that, you will be able to reactivate your card and use it normally.
If you are unable to log in, immediately contact Fiat24 customer service at service@fiat24.com.
13. How Many Account NFTs Can My Wallet Mint?
A wallet can only hold one account NFT at a time. If your wallet already holds an account NFT, you cannot mint another one, nor can you acquire additional account NFTs through purchases.
14. What Should I Do If My Bank Card Is Frozen?
If your bank account is reported as frozen, please contact Fiat24 to investigate the cause and handle the follow-up actions.
