What if the assets cannot be recovered through guided self-help operation

1.Check again whether the receiving address is personally owned (wallet create or import address, not exchange receiving address);
2. Check again whether the hash value of the exchange's withdrawal is correct. If the exchange has not transferred the tokens, please contact the exchange's customer service directly;
3. Check again whether to withdraw tokens from the exchange to the wallet, or deposit from the wallet to the exchange;
4. Reconfirm whether the assets are transferred out (whether the assets have been deducted).
